The existing warehouse is amongst 12 others on site; the long term goal is to convert the entire area into a residential gated community which is usually associated with the upper class

Each 1+ bedroom flat is double-height with skylights to allow natural sunlight into it, has street-based entrance, access to communal spaces and private outdoor space
